Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

What is ADR?

Alternative Dispute Resolution, or ADR, is a process for resolving conflicts. ADR helps parents, educators, and service providers develop productive relationships focused on the student's needs by resolving concerns related to early intervention and special education. ADR uses communication, collaboration, negotiation, and mediation to produce an agreement that meets the interests of the parties involved.
