West End SELPA Administrative Services supports the effective operation of the SELPA by providing coordinated administrative and fiscal oversight to member LEAs. The team manages core operational functions, including governance support, budgeting, financial reporting, and interagency coordination, to ensure efficient, transparent, and compliant SELPA operations.

Fiscal Services
WESELPA Fiscal Services maintains high standards of accuracy and accountability in managing and supporting the financial operations of the SELPA. The team provides fiscal oversight, budgeting, and financial reporting for the West End member districts
Governance Committees
The governance councils operate under the requirements of the Brown Act. The advisory units include Community Advisory Committee (CAC), SELPA Advisory Committee, and Superintendents' Council
